Indonesian citizen. Born in 1974. Served as President Director since January 2011. He earned his Bachelor of Economics from Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, USA, in 1996. He served as President Director of PT Chandra Asri from November 2007 until the Merger and currently serves as the President Director of the Company. Since 2022, he has also served as Director at Star Energy Group Holding Pte. Ltd and Commissioner at PT Petrindo Jaya Kreasi. He was the Company’s Vice President Director of Finance from July 2004 to November 2007 and Corporate Planning Department at Barito Pacific Group in 2003-2004. Previously, he has also experienced as an advisor in PT Petrokimia Nusantara Interindo. He has 6 years of experience in finance while working for JP Morgan Securities, TIAA-CREF Asset Management in New York, USA.
Commercial Vice President Director
Indonesian citizen. Born in 1979. Served as Director since January 2011. He earned his Bachelor of Business from Central Queensland University, Australia in 2005. He was appointed as a Director of PT Chandra Asri from November 2007 until the Merger. Currently, he serves as the Vice President Director of the Company, responsible for the Company’s Polymer commercial and marketing activities. He has extensive experience in various positions, including as Feedstock Manager in 2005-2007 and as Sales Manager of Polyethylene in 2007. He is the son of Mr. Prajogo Pangestu, the majority Shareholder of PT Barito Pacific Tbk.
Operation Vice President Director
Thai citizen. Born in 1969. Served as Director since November 2021. He earned his Master of Electrical Engineering from Cornell University and began his career as Electrical and Instrument Center Manager at Rayong Engineering and Plant Services Co., Ltd. in 2002. He has experience through several placements in SCG Chemicals Co., Ltd. ranging from Engineering and Construction Manager (2007-2009) and Overall Project Manager (2010-2019). His last position was Deputy General Director and Single Project Management Unit Director at Long Son Petrochemicals Co., Ltd. in 2020.
Finance Director
Malaysian citizen. Born in 1981. Served as Finance Director and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) since July 2019. Andre was a Shell Scholar who earned his First Class Honours Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting and Management from the University of Nottingham, UK. He was awarded a Masters in Finance with Distinction from London Business School. Andre currently leads the accounting, tax, financial planning, risk management, IT, Digital Transformation, process excellence, investor relations, corporate finance, and treasury functions of Chandra Asri. Andre is experienced in leading large multinational and global finance teams, in businesses and functions of significant scale and complexity, with a solid track record of achieving transformational results. Prior to joining the Company in 2018 as VP Finance, he held various senior leadership roles in Shell from 2003 to 2016, and in Golden Agri Resources from 2016 to 2018. Andre is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and a Fellow of the Association of Corporate Treasurers (ACT), UK.

Indonesian citizens. Born in 1973. Served as Director since April 2022. He earned his Bachelor of Social Sciences from the University of Southern California, USA. He has also served as Academy of Operation Excellence Manager at SCG Chemicals Co., Ltd. (2013 - 2016), Utilities Production Department Manager at Rayong Olefins Co., Ltd (2016-2020) and General Manager for Upstream Production at PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk (2021- September 2022).
Supply Chain Director
Indonesian citizen. Born in 1978. Served as Director since June 2015. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Boston College, Massachusetts in 1999. He is the Director of Monomer Feedstock since June 2015, and appointed as Supply Chain Director since November 2021. He has extensive experience in various positions, including as Financial Consultant Associate in Citibank Indonesia in 2002, Feedstock Purchasing Supervisor in 2002-2005, Operational Section Manager until 2007, Monomer Sales Department Manager until 2009, and Monomer Feedstock General Manager until 2015.
Human Resources & Corporate Affairs Director
Indonesian citizen. Born in 1962. Served as Director since October 2013. He earned his Bachelor of Economics from University of Indonesia. Currently, he serves as Director of Human Resources and Corporate Affairs who is responsible for personnel management and corporate administration. Previously, he has served as the Corporate Secretary and also served as Director of PT Tripolyta Indonesia Tbk (TPI) since 1998 as well as Chief Financial Officer since 2005. He joined TPI in 1990 as Finance Manager and was promoted to Treasury Director in 1994.

He obtained his Master of Chemical Engineering degree from King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi and previously served as Business PVC Manager at Thai Plastic and Chemicals Public Company Limited. Formerly, he also had experience in the chemical and plastics business, such as at Thai Plastic and Chemicals Public Company Limited, where he served as PVC1 Production Department Manager (2012-2018), and at TPC Vina Plastic and Chemicals Corporation Limited, he served as General Director (2021-2022).

Thai citizen. Born in 1971. Served as Director since November 2021. He earned his Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok, Thailand and Master of Chemical Engineering from Syracuse University, USA. He currently serves as Director. He began his career at SCG Plastics Co., Ltd. in 2007 as Monomer and Polyolefins Sourcing Manager, and continue as a Production Planning and Sourcing Manager and Polyolefins Strategy and Planning Department Manager at SCG Polyolefins Co., Ltd. In 2008 until 2013. His last position was Supply Management Manager, Integrated Business Management at SCG Plastics Co., Ltd. In 2018.

He earned both of his Bachelor of Chemical Engineering and Master of Chemical Engineering from Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok, Thailand. He earned his Bachelor of Engineering (Instrumentation Engineering) from King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang, Thailand in 1999. He currently served as Director. He has extensive experience in Thai Oil through various position; Instrument Project Engineer in 2005 to 2009, Technical Support/Reliability Team in 2010, Instrument Engineering Manager in 2011 to 2019, and appointed as Instrument Engineering and Functional Digitizer Manager since 2019.
ESG & Sustainability Director
Thai citizen. Born in 1973. Served as Director since November 2021. He earned his Master of Engineering (Environment Engineering) from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand in 1998. Currently, he served as Director. His expertise in environment field lead him to occupy the position of Environmental Specialist at Thai Oil in 2001 to 2012 and appointed as Environmental Management Manager since 2013 at the same company.
Downstream Production Director
Indonesian citizen. Born in 1963. Served as Director since November 2021. He earned his Bachelor Degree of Chemical Engineering from University of Diponegoro. He currently serves as Downstream Production Director. He has extensive experience in managing plant operations, including General Manager of PT Plastikama (2004-2005) and Plant Manager of PT Polychem Lindo (2005-2006). His last position was Styrene Monomer Plant Manager and Styrene and Polymer Senior General Manager of Chandra Asri until 2021.
