Risk Management of the Company is an effort undertaken by Chandra Asri to identify all the risks and managing risk position in accordance to policies and risk appetite. Periodically, Chandra Asri reviews the risk management system and policy to then be adjusted to the circumstances in the business market. In running out its operations, risks are set cautiously to avoid potential losses to the Company. Chandra Asri is also engaging all its employees to contribute in risk management and provide important input in decision making. Thus, the Management and all employees are committed to implement risk management.
Chandra Asri has also formulated Company Policy on the Security Management System as a guideline in carrying out actions related to the protection of Company assets, not limited to movable assets or immovable assets.
