On 2 June 2014, PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk held Extraordinary and Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2014 in Wisma Barito Pacific, Jakarta. All shareholders of the Companyhave approved all the agenda of the GMS. On the same day, the Company also held Annual Public Expose 2014 with agenda on recent developments of the Company’s business operations and financial performance. The event which was attended by invitations from securities, banks and analysts ended with Q&A session with the Management.
On March 19, 2014, PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk ("CAP") received the Ecolabel certificate from the Ministry of Environment (MOE). The award was handed over by the Minister of the Environment, Mr. Balthasar Kambuaya to CAP VP Corporate Relations, Mr Suhat Miyarso. CAP became the first degradable plastic manufacturers in Indonesia to obtain a certificate from the Ministry of Environment ecolabel after going through the process of eco-friendly test at institution of certification appointed by the government, the Pulp and Paper International Certification Services (PAPICS).
On December 18, 2013, PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk (“CAP”) and PT Styrindo Mono Indonesia (“SMI”) received Responsible Care Award with Gold category from KN-RCI which handed over by the Director General of the Ministry of Industry Manufacturing Association, Mr. Benny Wachjudi. This award is given to the Company for its efforts to successfuly implement the development of security system (risk assessment) andenvironmental health throughout the production line.
On 18 December 2013, PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk held an Annual Public Expose 2013 at Wisma Barito Pacific, Jakarta. This event was attended by the Management of the Company, represented by the Board of Directors, Corporate Secretary, Senior Management, as well as invitees from various institutions such as Securities Company, Bank, etc. The Company's Management, in this event that lasted from 11:00 to 12:30, delivered the latest updates about the business profile, petrochemical industry, financial & operational performance, and strategic initiatives.

On November 13, 2013, PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk collaborates with LAPI ITB (Lembaga Afiliasi Penelitian dan Industri Institut Teknologi Bandung) to improve the productivity of the Company that engages in the field of integrated petrochemical industry. This collaboration is stated in the form of Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) to conduct a research, consultation, and training in the field of plant modernization. This is a follow up from the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) which has been signed by CAP and ITB on November 20, 2012. This MoA was signed by Mr. Erwin Ciputra, President Director of CAP, and Mr. Dr. Ir. A Azis Jayaputra, Ms, President Director of PT LAPI ITB. The signing was held in the Directorate Building of ITB, witnessed by ITB Rector, Prof. Akhmaloka, Ph.D and Mr. Suryandi, Director of Human Resources and Corporate Administration. This mutual beneficial cooperation is a support from CAP in synergizing two worlds, education and business.
On December 10, 2013, PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk ("CAP") received the PROPER award with Green Rating from the Ministry of Environment. Green Rating itself is two highest levels in the PROPER indicate that CAP has made its efforts to control pollution and / or damage to the environment and achieve better results than the requirements set forth in the applicable laws and regulations.

On November 16, 2013, PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk through its Subsidiary, PT Styrindo Mono Indonesia (SMI), planted 5000 Mangrove Trees in the coastal of Pabean Udik Village, Indramayu, West Java. This action of environmental care is conducted by the support from The Indonesian Biodiversity Foundation (KEHATI) which has experiences in mobilizing and managing resources to support various programs of Indonesia’s biodiversity and its equitable and sustainable utilization. VP Corporate Relations, Mr. Suhat Miyarso accompanied by General Manager of Safety, Health, and Environment, Mr. Rachman Tjiptoputro, and General Manager of SMI, Ronald Sihombing participated directly in the trees planting. High expectations, the planted mangrove trees could grow well in order to make coastal of Indramayu to become a Mangrove Center which is not only useful as eco-tourism but also be useful as a research site.
